This was written for psp 7 but will work in other versions.

For this tutorial you will need:

Paint Shop Pro

Three images of choice

Font of choice
Filters Unlimited 2
Mura's Copies
Simple Filters

Ok we are ready to start.

REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN

Step 1:
Resize your images to your liking, then follow each of these steps for all 3.

Add a 1 px border using black.
Add a 20 px border using white.
Promote image to layer.
With Filters Unlimited, apply:
Edges, Square - Edge #17

Step 2:
Open a New Image - 600 x 600
Flood fill with white.

Step 3:
Copy and paste main image onto new canvas
Drop Shadow:
Horizontal & Vertical - 1
Opacity - 40
Blur - 5

Step 4:
Copy and paste second image onto new canvas.
Resize by 80%
Rotate LEFT by 15
Add the same drop shadow as above.

Step 5:
Copy and paste last image onto new canvas.
Resize by 80%
Rotate RIGHT by 15
Add same drop shadow as above.

Step 6:
Hide the white background layer.
Merge > Merge Visible
Copy and paste as a new image.

Step 7:
Resize by 85%
Resize again by 75%
Effects > Plugins > Mura's Copies (adjust top bar until canvas is covered to your liking)

Step 8:
Reduce the opacity to your liking. We're going for a soft background.
(My opacity was 25)

Step 9:
Merge > Merge All Flatten
Resize by 60%
Resize again by 60%

Step 10:
Effects > Plugins > Simple Filters > Quick Tile

Step 11:
Make your triple image active.
Resize by 80%
Add a new layer > Send to bottom.
Flood fill new layer with your tile background that you just made.

Step 12:
Add any accents or text brushes that you'd like.
I colorized mine to red to give it some pop since my images were black & white.

Step 13:
Add 1 px border in black
Add 20 px border in white.
Apply the same square edge that you did to your photos/images.

Step 14:
Resize by 85%
Effects > Sharpen > Sharpen

Step 15:
Image > Canvas Size > 500 x 500

Step 16:
Add a flower or other accent along bottom edge of photos.
Add a slight drop shadow (I used the same one I used on my images)

Step 17:
Merge > Merge Visible

Step 18:
Add a soft drop shadow
Horizontal & Vertical - 0
Opacity - 40
Blur - 10

Step 19:
Add your Copyright information and name.

Save & You're done!

(Note: When I work with reds they tend to fade or run when saved as a JPG. I always try to save as a PNG or GIF with reds)
